Only two stars for cleanliness and convenience. The Hispanic girl at the counter didn’t feel like answering questions and was very dismissive. Asked her about the new cookie butter cold brew. Again, not a care in the world for anything. I ordered it regardless and it was gross. I wouldn’t recommend that drink unless the person that made it just didn’t do a good job.

Ever since the renovation was done, this Dunkin Donuts has been better than ever. The Manager and staff are friendly and efficient. It's also kept clean and the new layout is great.

Sit at drive thru for at least 5 min before recognition only to be told to drive up to window to place order. Revamping the outside has not changed the customer service inside

Yessenia is so rude. They got our order wrong but charged it correctly, I asked if they can correct it and she said “this is not my problem and you need to take it up with the one that took your order” The guy was next to her and way saying yes she is correct, I stood there with the sandwich for a few minutes, and nothing.
