Amazing environment, staff, and food. Can’t wait to be a regular.

It’s just not a great business model. It’s horrible to see how many food safety violations are going on. Not to mention the messed up pay structure and not offering any employee benefits. I love the idea behind it but as a non binary they don’t definitely make me feel excluded which isn’t the reason for the score. The food is way over priced and just…not the best. I really hope they change what’s needed because the model isn’t survivable and it’d be sad to see them go.

Amazing! I could not be happier. This is the best Veggie/Vegan Spot in Troy now. Easy. The owner is super cool and so are the staff.

Ate here for the first time this afternoon. What s wonderful atmosphere, and the food is excellent. I had a breakfast burrito and a glass of ice tea. Plus, the GM Atsushi gave me a complimentary yogurt banana smoothie, which was a pleasant surprise. The cook (very friendly, did not get their name) asked me if I wanted hot sauce; when I said “hell yeah” they gave me a cup of some of the best and hottest homemade hot sauce I've ever had.
