らーめん Bā Jiǎo Fú Qí Diàn

I visited Hachikaku Ramen Fukusaki for the first time and tried their unique tonkotsu ramen and grilled dumplings. Unfortunately, they didn't have cold dipping noodles, but I was surprised to find a dish unique to the Fukusaki branch. The tonkotsu ramen I had was rich and flavorful, with a satisfying broth. The dumplings were also delicious.

This is a restaurant that I have used many times. I visited it after a long time. This might be the 10th time I have been here. It serves a unique ramen from the Harima region. The soup is a little sweet soy sauce-based. It is a Harima ramen that is unique to this area. It is quite delicious. I was surprised by the variety of the menu. The fried rice set was 750 yen, and it was cheap and filling. There is enough parking for about 10 cars. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and can accommodate about 30 people.

I ordered a large portion of the beef tendon stew bowl with extra scallions and bean sprouts. I had never been to Hakkaku before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, delicious food, and generous portions. I also found it interesting that there were various toppings like tempura bits and garlic provided on the table. The ramen was also quite tasty, but the beef tendon stew bowl was so delicious that it was hard to believe it was just a side menu item at a ramen shop.
