Really great place to stop and enjoy traditional Slovak meals. You have very friendly staff, good prices and atmosphere there is good. The meal is not 10/10, but I would definitely recommend this place. Parking is large enough and there is a park and swimming pool nearby. Just cash because they don't accept credit cards!
Arrived in Svolen from USA and was exhausted. Had to kill 30 minutes before check-in at the hotel and this place was nearby. You could speak English if I have an English menu. Really enjoyed the baked pork with cheese, also came with lots of fresh vegetables and frits for a reasonable price. Good friendly service, would try again.
Traditional Slovak specialities are available for really good prices. A must-see restaurant in Zvolen.
The food was ok, but don't expect anything extraordinary. I didn't like the soup, it had a bouillon taste. You can eat outside and there are amenities for kids. So overall I recommend.
