Beach Muffin - Zushi

By far our favourite vegan spot! Beautiful food, smiles and atmosphere. We have been visiting for over two years and just love the place and delicious food/drinks! We always get the fried potatoes. Mostly vegan, very tasty. The waitress made sure we wanted the Burrito cheese and did not confirm eggs in the waffles. Happy to see vegan dessert options. Restaurant has a kind of beach taste vibe. Spacious and beautiful atmosphere with lots of natural light. You can also buy muffins and other desserts before the store.

I have a cup of Mandala tea every time I visit. The owners and staff are super friendly making the food even more enjoyable. Music in the owner’s playlist is so fresh, I once complimented the hip-looking bartender in the back of the restaurant on his live DJ choices

One of my favorite restaurants in Japan. This restaurant is located in an old building and is charming and retro. The food is prepared with a lot of care and love. Although everything they make is good, I especially recommend the chocolate tofu muffin, veggie burger, nachos, and chocolate mint drink . Because they also use dairy, you need to specify soymilk for the drink and vegan cheese for the nachos if you want vegan food. You can buy muffins, brownies, etc for takeout even if you arrive close to closing if there are any left! They also have a Yorocco beer stand inside a local Zushi brewery , with around four options on tap. It has both vegan and vegetarian options but doesn 't serve meat, although once in awhile they sell leather crafts there. I 've been asked to share a table before when it got crowded so I try to go early to make sure I can get a seat. They have a lot of interesting books photo books, travel guides that you can read as well. They aren 't fussed if you come in after doing sports in the local area. They also have a bulk dry goods corner. You can also get Edensoy and Maru de Cheese Just Like Cheese, a vegan cheese and they sometimes sell vegetables from local farms. They hold various events from time to time chili tasting, marketplace, Mexican marketplace, and so on . I got the absolute best bananas I 've ever had at my life at a market event there shima banana, or island banana . I follow their Facebook page to keep posted on which events are coming up. Everything I’ve ordered here has been super tasty! Their veggie burger, waffles, and shakes are great. I learned about their chili cook off thru their Instagram which was a lot of fun in the fall (but VERY crowded). Menu has lots of kid friendly options.
