Rung Tawan Thai Shop - Zug

Best Thai cuisine in the city. The restaurant is a hidden pearl in train and offers delicious Thai food that you can either eat or take with you in your authentic restaurant. The staff is always super friendly and lunch at the Rung Tawan Thai Shop feels like on holiday in Thailand. Kop-khun-krub for serving such delicious dishes.

In my opinion, the best place for Thai food in Zug (open for lunch only). This is a small grocery store and the owner prepares daily approx. 5 different meals before. Usually a curry with shrimp, chicken or beef, padthai etc. Curries are served with white rice. The flavors are amazing. The food is so delicious that I wish the portions were a little bigger. You can dip (only a few tables available) or remove. The only drawback to eat is that the place does not have the best ventilation and in the end you smell Thai food in the rest of the day.

Entgegen der ganzen guten Bewertungen der Grund warum ich hierhin kam was das essen (Poulet Satai) fast geschmackslos gewürzt (als ob man eine fertig satay sauce verwässert hat) und das Poulet war mehlig und trocken. Und dafür am Mittag als Take Away 18 CHF verlangen ist schon fast eine Frechheit. Schade hatte mich auf gute Thai Cuisine gefreut.
