Decano of the hills of Bologna, the dr. carlo gaggioli has brought the lazy autochthonous vine of Bologna-Emiliano, to be known in all Italy and not only. if you go to the cellar in a predous lame (bo), he will be able to welcome you with his daughter in an excellent way. is a historical memory of the country, class 1930, knows how to tell you many funny anecdotes. from him you will find many other wines and local products. possibility to stay and eat on the nearby farm.

We were welcomed in over 40 for the retirement party of our colleague. cozy and reserved room for our evening. Fixed menu but all great special gram with sausage! slurp great wine, of course!

Pleasant village immersed in the vineyards, right on the zola. Simple but concrete menu. We ate well, but I missed that something to make me fully satisfied with lunch. both crespelle and rabbit were good, but something I missed.
