The beer here is excellent, but the service can be slow at times. The staff doesn't always pay attention to the customers and can often be found chatting at the bar instead. As a loyal customer, this can be frustrating. Overall, the food is rated a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 4.

I had a terrible experience at Radegastovna Zlín on Saturday. The waiter served me a burger with sauce containing hair, and my friend also found a hair in their food. When we informed the staff, they did not respond appropriately. There was even mold in one of the mugs, and the staff did not seem concerned. When we tried to pay, we had to wait 20 minutes and remind them before the waitress clumsily handled the money. I do not recommend this restaurant due to the poor quality of food and service.
