Rice Cooker - Zionsville

I have discussed a recommendation for this place for only selfish reasons. Some of me want to keep this restaurant secret. But another ignorant side of me also loves to share mysteries... so that anyone who reads this may be able to help you decide between options for dinner tonight. My wife and I lived in Beijing and loved so many of the local restaurants we discovered over the years. Since the retreat to the United States we are always looking for a place that approaches the same type and quality of food we enjoyed in various family restaurants throughout the HaiDian district. Reis Cooker is the closest one we found. Your food is excellent. The prices, fair. The service is fast and attentive. Very recommended. Xie xie, Rice Cooker!

The takeout process was very well organized, with our food ready for pickup at the selected time without any waiting. And the ability to pay ahead of time made the process even quicker. As for the food, I really liked the Hawaiian chicken. The rest of our food (fried rice, egg rolls, potstickers) was decent, but I wouldn't say spectacular. So overall, I'd say this is a solid option for Chinese, even if maybe not my favorite.

My family's #1 place for FANTASTIC Chinese food. We have food restrictions in our home (gluten specifically) and we were AMAZED when we ate there for the first time and learned just how easy it was to eat there. Nice people and great food!!!

The staff is very attentive and helpful. The food is very good always hot and served in a timely manner.
