Mcdonald's - Zionsville

The app is so fast and easy to order, I just click on my current order and check out with the saved debit. The rewards are very generous for free items with points. I love curbside because it is much faster than the ride thru, I avoid all bad exhaust gases and bad manners. The staff were always very friendly at Curbside, not so much on 1. Drive duration.

Dining room could have some attention as the shutters were very dirty, cleaning towels and new garbage bags on the can. Bathrooms needed in the toilets of women in small garbage cans were flooded with used sanitary items), but the food and customer service was amazing.

More often than not my drive through order is missing an item or has a wrong item. McDonalds fries are the best, but not at this location. Maybe they don’t change the grease? And often undercooked. Today’s service prompted this review. Walked inside and ordered two large unsweetened ice teas using the kiosk. Drinks they gave me was sugary sweet with lemonade (Arnold Palmer). Sent them back, explaining that we wanted unsweetened tea (which is what I ordered on the kiosk). Replacements were even sweeter. Server went to get manager. I explained that we wanted unsweet tea and was given sweet lemonade tea twice. Replaced the drinks same deal. I had the manager try the drink, and that I wanted “no sugar”. When the next drinks came out sweet I just left.

Might be the worst mcdonalds I've ever had. The signature Big Mac had all the ingredients on one side of the center bun. Nothing on top. The bun itself was crunchy. The burger patties were so dried out, i could barely chew them without a splash of soda. Oh.... and ordered a coke, got a diet. Wish I had time to go back and get this fixed in person. Guess they are shooting for proving Leo Goetz right.
