The food was great. Had the fish n shrimp platter w/cornbread n glazed sweet potatoes. So worth it.Had one of the cookies, n it was awesome!!

Poor management decision! We drove all the way out to Whitestown, from 79th and Michigan in Indianapolis 20 minute drive) just to have lunch at Caplingers with a coupon from the Discover Indy book. Once there, we showed them the coupon before ordering and we were told they did not accept those coupons because they didn’t authorize them to be printed in the 2022 books. Ok, I see their position, but as a customer, who especially went out of our way to give them business, I felt this was not good customer relations. How were we to know the coupon shouldn’t have been printed? It clearly has their address, on the back of the coupon as a store option, and will not expire until Dec 1, 2022. In my opinion, a good store decision would be to graciously accept the coupon, loose a few dollars on the order, and acquire a new returning customer. We left, will NEVER be back, and certainly won’t recommend their store to anyone else!

The staff is great; very kind and helpful! Miss Ruthie is absolutely AMAZING! The food is VERY FRESH and DELICIOUS!!! I was very, VERY pleased and will be returning for the 3rd time very soon!!!
