Beautiful restaurant burger was delicious BUT my fries were sooooo salty!

Really impressive incompetence at this location. My last visit was today, my first a few weeks ago. The first time I waited 15 minutes past pickup time at 4pm, for six wings and fries. 45 minutes to fry two items, during a slow time. The whole time I didn’t see one employee in the dining area. When I finally got the two simple items, the order was wrong, so another 25 minutes or so. Today I go in to pick up a similar order, go into the takeout area, there are two other customers fuming about having to wait on recooks because BOTH of their orders are wrong. I wait another 15 minutes past my pickup time for two simple fry items. It’s really incredible how consistently incompetent this location is. I love Bw3s but this is by way and away the worst location I’ve ever been to.

According to Google Maps, this location is supposed to be open until 1 AM. My friend and I arrived at 10:38 PM, intending to dine in. However, the inside had an unbearable smell, so we decided to order takeout and eat at home. Despite the listed hours, we were informed that the kitchen had already closed at 10:30 PM, and we were unable to place an order. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I won’t be returning.

This place has the worst service I have ever seen. No one to seat you, We set ourselves. A waitress walk patch us three times looking at us dealing with a table next to us never acknowledging us. We set there for 5 minutes no one came to our table. The couple that came in before us sat at the bar and they got up and walked out because no one acknowledged them. This is a place I definitely do not recommend.

I have been coming to this restaurant since they opened. I wish they would stop freezing people at the bar by not buying cheap plastic deflectors to put on the vents above the bar. Everyone, including the workers, complains about it, but it seems like no one is listening.
