This one disaster! 6 o'clock in the evening and they don't offer pizza because they ran out of mozzarella. 21st century! They probably don't have a manager or head of operations here, and the owner certainly has no idea how it works here, or does not work. Perhaps someone here does not realize that they will not lose a decent income only on the given day, but from the point of view of the long-term perspective of the business, it is guaranteed that they will lose customers.
