Sōng Yuán - 舟形町

Nice to meet you and first visit to this restaurant. My sister happened to come here and praised it, so she told me to come too. Well, the katsudon is delicious of course, but the soup is seriously tasty! The simmered daikon radish in the small dish is unbelievably delicious! I got a lot of pickles as a service, but the amount is funny haha. These are also delicious! I want to try the chuka soba next time! The owner's mother is always energetic and I hope she continues to run the restaurant.

I came to Yama-ya Dining for the first time since I was in elementary school, and it has been a while. I have memories of being brought here by my late uncle who loved ramen. The interior of the restaurant is a bit dim, but the same atmosphere as back then remains, creating a very calming space. I had the chashu ramen. Pickles also came with it, and both were delicious. I felt that it must be tough for the grandma running the place all on her own. She was very customer-oriented and kind. I will definitely go back to eat there again.

The pork bone ramen with char siu was incredibly delicious. It had a nostalgic flavor that reminded me of the good old days. The pickled eggplant and cucumber were plentiful and tasty. When it got crowded, the staff apologized for the wait at checkout. They even offered to add three extra slices of char siu to my bowl for free. The grandma who works there is amazing - she's 88 years old and still going strong.

初めての訪問です。気さくな女将さんが一人で、頑張っておられました一時半頃ですのでお客様は居ませんでした中華そばの注文して待ちますよ。その間、さくらんぼ食べらっしゃい小鉢に持って来てくれました。あとアスパラとワラビと、、、来ました。やや油浮きが多いけど、美味い懐かしい味のスープです。熱々だしね。それに細縮れ麺ですよこれも茹で加減バッチリでのど越し良く美味しい麺ですよ小さめですけど、チャーシューは三枚のトッピングです。隠れた名店ですねぇ美味しい中華そばでした。ご馳走様でした。今度は、かみさんと二人で行くかな 今日は、かみさんと二人でお邪魔しました。本日２軒目です最初は鮭川村にて美味しいけど、油浮きが多い中華そばでしたので、かみさんは、まだまだきついらしく、美味しいと言いつつも、丼の中身が減りませんそこで俺の出番。かみさんの分も腹の中に入れてやりました流石に腹いっぱいですご馳走様でした。
