Jinan Beef Noodle - Zhongzheng District

I wanted to eat some authentic and great beef noodle soup in Taipei and I did here in this hole in the wall where locals eat! Very friendly service and staff!

Quite nice. But it’s first time I know the difference between the beef soup noodles and beef noodles.

I ordered the large size beef noodle soup. The noodles have a chewy texture, the soup base is tasty, and the beef is good. Overall a very good bowl of beef noodle soup. I paid 210.

Hole in the wall beef noodle soup. You can choose wide or thin noodles. They had an English menu for you to cross reference and order, which I appreciated as an ABC! : service was fast and staff was so sweet. Beef noodle soup was flavorful and noodles were chewy.

Friendly neighborhood beef noodle place. Definitely worth a try if you’re around. The signature is the half tendon beef noodle with soup. You can choose between the thin ramen noodle and the normal one. Size small is pretty filling for female with hips of tendon and beef. Tendon tasted creamy soft and flavorful, yet the beef and sides are both average. Soup is bit light loh.
