Pizza Smile - Жодино

We visited this place on 08/13/23 and were very disappointed, we went with the child to have lunch, ordered a pizza for the child, a bowl of soup for ourselves, and so my wife brought a cold hodgepodge, how is it possible at all ???? they made a remark so that they had to wait to replace the bowl of soup 15 minutes, respectively, after such a service, the opetitis disappears, and then everything was done as if for evil !!! They asked for the bill, waited for 15 minutes, until they brought the change and didn’t wait, we had to pick it up at the checkout ourselves, what is it all about ??? To justify this establishment, I can say that 1.5-2 years ago the service was much better. The second table from the cash register near the window, the approximate service time is 14:50-16:00 Food: 1 Service: 1

Excellent pizzeria, the atmosphere is wonderful, the dishes and the pizza itself are very tasty. The waiters are very polite. But the only negative is that the garlic sauce is a little chemical, and the taste of garlic itself is very weak. And so five stars, I recommend! Сервис ужасный, сделали заказ, сказали будет готово через 40 минут, по итогу просидели больше чем полтора часа и заказ не был исполнен, смогли только попить сок. Больше никогда туда не пойдём.

Это просто нет слов, пришли посидеть компанией, в будний день. Официант говорит, горячее придется ждать час, салаты 45 минут, напитки минут 25. При загруженности в пару столиков!!! Не понимаю как они там работают, в выходной, когда куча народу. По мне сервис полный отстой!!! Вечер был испорчен!!!!!
