The seasoning was also very tasty, and the accompanying potatoes were delicious. The fennel soup was also very flavorful. The price was reasonable, and I would highly recommend it.
Nice food, bad service, just complaints about an Asian servant, he never asks us what we need or have eye contact with us since we told him we do not want any wine, meanwhile he shows full empathy to those who ordered something to drink. In the end, we told someone of their staffs we want our bill and it takes nearly 20mins till we went to the reception. Just feel disrespectful!
Service and environment were excellent which unfortunately was not matched by the food. Although all food in Switzerland is expensive this restaurant is on the more expensive side and the food was well below average. We had lamb and carpaccio to start. Lamb was well cooked but had little to no taste. The carpaccio was okay but lacked seasoning and could have had stronger flavours. For main we had lamb stew and the snapper. The lamb stew was very basic but okay however the snapper was very bland and poorly cooked. Its texture was almost like pork. Both lacked seasoning and the presentation was awful. My wife and I commented that it was a bit like school dinners both in taste and presentation. To finish on a high the winner selection was excellent.
Nice open restaurant with light wood all around. Went for lunch. It was a good meal full of flavors. The fruit plate and sorbet dessert was very surprising. It was refreshing and wrapped the meal up nicely.
Beautiful dining room, great service, and everyone was kind to our little boys. We would definitely come back.
