Cheese Factory - Zermatt

We had a delicious Fondue there and I decided to leave this review because the Service was simply excellent. Extremely attentive, nice, courteous we were delighted. Would definitely recommend and go back to! Thank you!

We had dinner in September taking advantage of our stay in Zermatt. We loved the fondue and the staff was very friendly. They served us quickly and we enjoyed the experience. If we return to Zermatt, we will definitely visit this restaurant again, so we recommend it to anyone who wants to try an excellent fondue, the bread was delicious.

I am reluctant to write this review as it's my favorite fondue place in Zermatt, which means others will come here. But the service is great and the fondue fantastic. I've been here 6 times over multiple trips to Zermatt and it never fails to deliver. Most highly recommended it's my go to spot in Zermatt

First time having chinoise fondue. So fun and delicious with the sauces. Rice and fries were a nice addition. Started with the raclette which is a local must. Service was great. FYI, the fruit served with the fondue are pallet cleaners, not dessert, lol!
