From all these fast food restaurants I believe that Wendy's is probably the healthiest because they don't use fake meat
Tried to serve cold nasty food and when I took it up to the Register they tried to give me a Black burt on both sides of the bun and the meat was still cold. Then ohh yeah its not done yet. I opened it up at the counter and it was clear revenge trying togive me a burnt cold burger but when I didn't take that they tried giving me one as hard as a rock. They tell me they don't carehow long I have to wait I will have to sit patient. They had me standing there forever for a 3$ refund. Definitely will not goback. Spent 25 minutes there and didn't even eat dinner.
I am a delivery driver for doordash. I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I went to pick up a customers order and the cashier told me they did not have the order in there system. I showed the cashier the order that was on my phone. It clearlyshowed that the order was paid for and still had not been picked up. The exact food that was ordered was listed on my phone. Thecashier refused to fill the order. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out with a chip on her shoulder and shealso refused to fill the order. I had to call my customer and explain to them that Wendy's refused to fill the order they paidfor I also had to call doordash and get the order removed from my app so I could move on to the next delivery. This lost memoney and time. I have worked in fast food and other customer service fields including management positions and I would neverrefuse to make an order that a customer clearly paid for. I don't know if the order was given to the wrong customer before Iarrived and then deleted out of the order q or if it was just accidentally deleted out of the q. This is the first time I haveever seen a restaurant refuse to make an order when they clearly messed up. I wish I could give this restaurant less than a 1.
Poor service from manager and crew. No sodas also asked for large frosty two of them, they asked me to pull up and wait I did for well over five minutes than went inside the manager like oh she still here and than cussed at a employer and laughed aboutit and handed us water down frostys and like do u really want these. And saw them even touching the food with their own handsand eating out of the fry baskets. Wendy's on Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills Fl.
We did take out and ordered 4 singles and 4 fry's. Got home with single everything but bunns. They didn't send bunns. How crazy is that. No bunns but looked pretty
