They were clearly overhauled with orders at the time they had like 4-6 people working in the branch and running around to do everything. Even through chaos, a worker still greeted me and every guest and helped us. They informed me that my order was still in the oven and even gave me a time frame. I sat down and watched the customer come and they were always so nice to everyone. The food was great and I loved the experience, even though the building was a little full :D
Actually, I didn't go there my husband did so Google and T-Mobile may have got their lines crossed. Sometimes Google will say I have been somewhere that I know my son has visited but not me and he's not even on our phone plan so that is strange as well.The pizza was fine though. Love their garlic sauce.
It's fast food pizza. You get what you expect. But maybe not what you paid for. This is the second time in a row that I did not receive my side order of pepperoncinis. Moral of the story is always check all the boxes.
Ordered delivery two pizzas and a soda for the family. Cost $42 plus $10 tip for the driver. Not bad for a pizza night. But the forgot the soda. I called up spoke to the lady and she said the driver is on there way back. Great. 30 min later I calledand they tell me the driver should be pulling in now. Wonderful. 30 min later after I went to the store and bought soda fordinner I get a call from papa John?s letting me know the driver could not find the soda and was not coming. Wow love thecustomer service. Not! Will not return to papa John?s. I have better pizza and better see at hungry Howies. Oh and we havepizza on a regular basis. Lost a customer over a soda. Nice.
Devastatingly slow if you are an Uber Eats driver. Never once have I waited less than 10 minutes for an order that should be done by the time you get there.
