Extremely dissatisfied with this place. We sat down we ordered but out of the blue we were not allowed to eat our own sandwiches. Which I get, but what I don't get is the rudeness of addressing your customers. They didn't remembered if we ordered, like 2 minutes after ordering. And they needed to see the receipt again. They had 2 more tables so the place was actually empty. Sad to get this service in such a big airport. Get your game together and be NICE!
Bitter burnt bad tasting cappuccino with no coffee flavor, then again in the 4 days in Belgium could not get a decent cappuccino, not like in Netherlands where you almost always get a good flavor and tasting cup of coffee.
Service was extremely unorganized and slow. No warning ahead at all that it takes >1h to get your food. The waiter forgot to bring a water we ordered. The sauce option for the steak had run out and it was informed me only when the meal arrivied to the table. I had to personally ask if I’d get another sauce as if they expected I wanted to eat the steak with no sauce at all. Eventually I had to ask where my sauce was from 2 different waiters while my steak was getting cold in front of me. They also forgot to bring two out of three side salads with the meals. This restaurant is a disgrace to the airport. I’ve never seen anything this chaotic anywhere.
I dined during lunch while waiting for a flight on March 28th, 2022. The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the food was just ok with slow service. The food choices were very limited as the delivery of fresh ingredients, including meats, were, according to the staff, not delivered to the restaurant. How they have communicated to us was pretty rude. Also, one of their staff was more busy chatting with his colleague in French: he even made a very unprofessional remark about my mother, who came to have a nice lunch with me before my flight back to Sweden. When he realised we understood French, he didn’t apologise but started to compliment how young my mom was, etc. In addition, it was pricey for what you get. Therefore, I won’t recommend this place to people who care about food quality, and the least expectations of restaurants workers are to be polite and caring.
