Wendy's - Zanesville

Thank you for the opportunity to work at Wendy's. I genuinely enjoyed my time there, though I wish I could have contributed even more. I was disappointed by how I was treated, but overall, you all are fantastic.

This Wendy's has significantly improved since the new building was constructed. Previously, I always had to check my bags before leaving the drive-thru because there were often several items missing.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's during my recent visit to this location. The manager who served me at the drive-thru was not only extremely rude but also quite pushy and unhelpful. Unfortunately, the service seems to get worse every time I place an order here. Despite there being only five cars in line, I had to wait 20 minutes to get through. After all that waiting and the challenges with the staff, they still managed to forget items from my order.

They had a nice looking outdoor dining area so I decided to give it a try…I ordered a burger and fries…the burger was cold and swimming in sweet, synthetic sauces and the fries were more like cold, salt sticks…the dining area was pleasant even with the hum of nearby traffic ….

Clean dining room, friendly staff and accurate orders. It's the chain experience you expect from Wendy's.
