Evergreen Sushi - Zagreb

The owner's sister is vegan, and I had some delicious vegan spring rolls followed by two different versions of Tiger rolls as my main course. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty. The owner clearly knows what he's doing, and has a fantastic team working with him. Highly recommended!

Before evergreen opensvin Zagreb I had no place to eat good sushi, Has been eating there and having takeaway for 3 years now

There are limited vegan choices on the menu, but I found the miso soup with tofu and the vegan dragon roll to be absolutely delicious.

There were a few vegan choices available, though limited. The sushi was decent, not the greatest I've ever had but still satisfying. Prices were reasonable compared to sushi in the Netherlands, but on the higher side for Croatia.
