Slower service, 10 minutes before they brought us drinks, half an hour later food. Fried cheese, fries, tartare 215 CZK, Dutch steak with potatoes 175 CZK Kofola 0.5 for 60 CZK. Portion normal. On the ticket, cheese was CZK 119 without a side dish, so fries and tartare approx. CZK 100+. You must not be serious. Never here again

Discovered by chance while looking for a late lunch spot. We were excited. Service: 5

We arrived at the accommodation at seven in the evening with a 3-month-old baby after a three-hour journey. The waitress told us that our apartment is occupied and we should contact booking and they don't care anymore. The owner answered us over the phone that it was not his fault and that we were unlucky. He didn't come to apologize, he didn't offer us food, drink or any other compensation. He referred us to booking, so we stood in the parking lot for the next two hours looking for accommodation. I spoke with the owner two days before, when he confirmed the accommodation VERBALLY and I also had it confirmed in my e-mail. We have not found other guests. We started back home at eight in the evening and arrived at one in the morning. Thanks for an absolutely rotten weekend. If the owner at least showed up and tried, we would understand, but leaving a twenty-year-old lady behind the bar is a shame.
