Sunflower - Zabbar

Quiet, not much noise. About 15 minutes from the city centre and the sea. View could be more beautiful some debris and a little came down houses. The rooms are pretty clean and not too small. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Meals are very tasty.

Pleasant hotel in the lively coastal town of Bugibba. Sunflowers are set back from the main part of the city, so is away from business and noise, but a convenient 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. The facilities of the hotel are good, the rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and stay here. I would not recommend anyone with reduced mobility as the hotel is uphill and has no ground floor spaces. If I could improve the facilities of my room, I would ask the hotel to provide more sockets, as our only had one European two pins and one three pins socket. Also our curtains not completely closed, which were in a lot of light from about 7 o'clock (we were in early March). In the rooms there are no hot drinks that would be nice, but the breakfast buffet was pleasant and the bar was well equipped and inexpensive with friendly staff. I will use this hotel next time in Bugibba.

The hotel room we had was quite simple, although it was an upgrade! I shudder to think how the original room would have been without upgrade. The rooms could be improved with a much needed renovation. The evening meal was very good a cheap one for what you get. They also met my needs of the celiac disease. Kitchen staff was very kindly advised what I could or could not eat. The hotel is cheap, my location about 10 minutes walk from the sea, restaurant and hops are a short walk away.

Beautiful rooms - so that not much expect! The food here is boring and the dinner is very overpriced. Pool is okay, jacuzzi doesn't work. The roof bar and the pool are closed at this time of the year. Bar inside is cozy, friendly enough and the alcohol is cheap! It is a good base and you get what you pay for

This is not a bad place and the staff are very helpful. However I was expecting a heated indoor swimming pool whereas the reality was rather different ie cold! The food was fine but limited. Do you really want ice cream every night and bacon or sausages for breakfast. Why not both?
