Alex Restaurant Bar - Yumbing

The food portions are for sharing, priced appropriately and tasted great. The staff was also a great compliment to the food and location. Will definitely return.

Immensely understaffed only 1 server was at the second floor serving 5 tables. We felt Kuya’s stress level so we didn’t bother him too much. It was super windy to the point that the other table’s sprite in can flew to the ground (yes, even with the soda inside). They could’ve pulled down the bamboo curtains to prevent this. We ordered seafood marinara, prosciutto crudo and chicken burger for dinner. I had my doubts in the seafood marinara because the mussels and squid had a weird taste. The following morning, I experienced a bad case of diarrhea, hindering me from going up from bed, supposedly to go to the white island sunrise date that we had planned for our last day. The only food I had before Alex was around 1pm lunch time. ‍ Nevertheless the place was instagram worthy. There was a live band btw. The service and food could be improved.

Alex Restaurant offers good food, nice ambiance and superb food service. Their foods are cheaper compared to other restaurant when you eat as group. They also has a live band. Good value for money. Highly recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
