Historic Coronado Motor - Yuma

Very clean and safe room and nice historical part of old town Yuma, AZ. In room coffee was not drinkable because of inferior coffee flavor filter pouch being to small resulting in slightly colored water

Only second morning waking up here and love the vibe hitting the pool with no shades a Lil extreme but my room is close so no biggie and that free breakfast is awesome real restaurant with great quality food.Food drinks: IGA right next door and some local un chained places in walking distance

I've stayed here many times and always gave great reviews regardless of one issue, that is they give cheaper reservations the crappiest rooms. We had to change rooms every stay for a number of reasons

Rooms were comfortable . Air conditioners worked great . Fridge was adequate. Pretty quiet. Nice having restaurants right next door . Cleaning ladies , check in lady were all friendly. Our yorkie was welcome .Overall pleasant stay

Two words BED BUGS Ugh, I hate to have to write this. I checked in to the hotel on a Sunday late afternoon. I was stressed because I had so much work to do to get ready for the next day. I walked in and at first glance it looked okay. I walked in the rest room there was a HUGE dead roach. Okay it was dead they sprayed. I can hang. After about 75 minutes of work sitting on the bed I kinda felt something on my arm. I started to look around the room it looked like it hadn’t been painted in 20 years. I got a little sketched out and it dawned on to check for bed bugs. Sure enough took about 5 seconds before I found one. I packed and go gone right away. I was so upset, i walked in the office and told the clerk there where bed bugs. She was nice, not surprised and immediately gave me my money back. I won’t be back. Check the sheets. I’m still creeped out a full week later.
