Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Yulee

I ordered a smoothie this morning on the app to pick up on my way to work. I got there a few minutes after 7 and the building was locked, I waited until 7:15 and still no one was there. It clearly states on your website and the sign on the door that you open at 7 am! I tried calling and got a voicemail, I hope someone has the decency to call me back and give me a refund.

WRONG FOOD and 0 customer service!!!!Called corporate because local store doesn’t answer phone. NO RESOLUTION. 22$ order charged. Went in garbage.. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Having to dispute the charge on my credit card with my bank because corporate and the store will not issue a refund for wrong order. Ridiculous! Spend your money somewhere else!UPDATE: After four phone calls three emails and a trip to the store, no resolution! I had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. What a shame. Let me add I have never had to dispute a charge with my bank, ever! Wish somebody would contact me back. Just shows me nobody cares!Latest Update: Have not heard anything from the company as of yet. Now 2 weeks. Will never go back again! Absolutely ridiculous four emails and three phone calls. Oh, and the automated response to my post is a joke, nobody at the website or corporate office responds to anything!
