Things started OK, the menu is very large, probably too large. They had no candle for the tea we found out. The food was so-so. The killer here was a waitress spilled a stack of trays at my table and spilled ketchup everywhere, including my shoes. There was no apology, and the manager was aware and said nothing. To top our meal off, they did not have the dessert ordered but did not tell us until the end of the meal. For the prices here, they should have better food and certainly better service. Definitely do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere.
Very slow serving. Ice cream had a lot of things like cat hair. Was waiting for the manager for about 30 minutes. Completely overpriced. In a respond to the restaurant’s note, I can say again that we were waiting for the the manager not 5 minutes but about 30. Mango sorbet it is our favorite dessert so we order it pretty often and we know pretty well how it should look and taste. The one that was in Korushka was absolutely unattractive because of the hair that did not look like organic origin. The manager refused to take the sorbet out from our bill as she referred that the desert was perfectly fine, and they do not take dishes from the bill when customers did not like it. The restaurant that level and price could be more polite with their customers. Also, we were not the only ones who complained about the mango sorbet. If the hair had real organic origin, it would be better to change the p recipe instead of going in confrontation with your customers. I hope this review would help you to change the practice of not respecting/listening your customers’ opinion. Best of luck.
Okay. Nice views and good staff. Have an issue with places which include photos in their menus and cover such a broad range of cuisines. Come here if you love smelt!!!
The location is beautiful, and the service was good. Loved that they had a kids playroom where you could leave the kids supervised. The menu is ridiculous with 50 pages of different dishes. Impossible to choose. But the food is well prepared and tasteful. We didn't have to wait long at all to get the food.
