Good old fashion Dai Pai Dong 大排擋 in a Hawker style cooked food center 冬菇亭。 Beef brisket rice noodle $31 was priced right and had a good mix of brisket and tendons. Very good especially in cool weather when heat and humidity is not a concern. And for a few dollars more, be sure to add the crispy fried fish skin that's better than most in HK.
