Kokopelli's Kantina - Yucca Valley

Be careful with your credit card bill when dining here! My husband and I were charged for two separate bills: ours and someone else’s (possibly their server or a friend)!!! We only signed for one dinner bill! We were part of a group of musicians visiting for a jam session last Wednesday night. I suspect they thought that since we were out of town, we wouldn't catch it. Now I have to contact the bank to report credit card fraud!

Kokopelli's Kantina should definitely be recognized as a restaurant rather than just a dive bar. I've dined here several times for both lunch and dinner, and the service has consistently been friendly. While the food isn't extraordinary, it's quite good and dependable. The salsa has a medium level of spiciness. The old photos of the restaurant give a poor impression, making it seem shabby, but I've found Kokopelli's Kantina to be appealing, well-lit, and brightly decorated.

This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a drink. Missi is a lovely person who makes delicious drinks with a smile, and Roberto always ensures the music is just right. It's a very friendly and cozy atmosphere!

Fun karaoke spot and you can get the full menu from the adjoining La Casita restaurant. A better beer selection would bump this up to a 5-star.

Great karaoke bar! Love the selection of songs, and the crowd is friendly too! The KJ is great! I love that your songs are stored in the machine, so you can see what you have sang in the past. So cool. Drinks are good, prices are good! I do wish they served food later though. Still, excellent fun every time I go!
