We go for the ice cream cones we live in Redlands and we drive up to Yucaipa get two cones and drive around the restaurant is always clean and the workers are always very courteous

Well, maybe it was just a bad hair day for them. Placed our order and paid for our meal, but questioned the order to the clerk in the drive thru window. He heard only one, where I've ordered 3, and he said I repeated it, but didn't hear him out. Then he said there's a line, can't redo.

Great rootbeer freeze. Just ask for a root beer float blended like a shake. It is fantastic..

I've tried giving it a chance a couple of times and it always disappoints. Tonight 4/13/2024 at around 10:25 PM at the Yucaipa establishment as I was pulling into the drive in a saw two employees a female and male looking out the front window they nodded their heads at me as I was driving in.. when I got to the speaker to place my order no one answered. I proceeded to pull up to the window and the two employees decided to go hide in the back. It's upsetting and it gives the restaurant a bad look when you hire lazy people who are unprofessional and don't want to do their job properly. This is not the first time the employees decide to make their own closing time at this establishment earlier than the posted time on the website. I think the owner should take action against these two particular employees and make better judgement when hiring help. Because this affects the owners business and customer base when you hire irresponsible unprofessional employees. I will be contacting the corporate office as well.
