Starbucks - Yucaipa

The service is excellent, but it would be a good idea to reconsider having the person who opens the door and makes jokes at customers' expense in the morning.

So I didn 't get the young girls name in drive thru but she was a little rude and gave me the wrong food order. I asked for Carmel on the cup she tried to hand it to me and I didn 't see any so I was like oh hey can I please have Carmel on the cup? And she stared at me then the cup and goes there is Carmel.... You mean extra? I was like ummm... yea more than that please I don 't see any. So she turns the cup around and shows me two little spots on the top lol I 'm like... ok yes I would like more than that please. ‍ She takes it and just pours Carmel on the top of the drink then gives it back. Whatever I 'll let it go. Maybe she 's having a bad day. I drive off then realize she gave me the wrong food tooso I 'm like ugh. I just want my back for the food. So my 9month pregnant self goes inside and tells the girl at the counter about My encounter and she was so unbelievably kind and helpful! Literally every single worker there other than that girl in drive thru was amazing! They asked me repeatedly if I wanted anything else apologized profusely gave me back on my whole order AND 4 off next order seriously went above and beyond. They saved this rating Fursure. There was a girl in the back that heard me say something about the girl being kind of rude and she kept smiling so I thought oh maybe she thinks I 'm being a B but nope. She made me my feta even though I said not to worry about it and the manager proceeded to tell me this is not the first complaint they had on that girl. So I realized the other workers were smiling because they already knew lol I worked in food for years so I know how it can be I usually don 't complain but you can 't treat customers like that. Hopefully that girl grows up a little ‍ To the rest of staff you guys kick a thank you so much for going over and beyond

One of the best Starbucks I go to! Everyone there is so nice and have the best recommendations. They have quick service too. I've never had a bad experience there!

I waited in the car for 32 minutes for a drink through the drive-thru. I would have left, but the traffic and parking situation was a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend using the drive-thru on a busy afternoon. Do they not have enough staff to prepare drinks?
