The City Cafe And Bistro - Yuba City

Our regularly scheduled CAYMUS WAGNER family of wines Dining Group at City Club Bistro was OUTSTANDING at every level! Craft Cocktails. Appetizers, and Menu Items were so good the Flavor Police should have been called! The wines were SPECTACULAR! The TEAM of employees led by Abi, Chelsea, Casey, Daniel and Will took care of our group of ten diners. An added bonus was the LIVE music that was terrific from song choices to volume level! We ate on their beautiful patio and weather and waterfall made for a perfect ambiance. Ahi, Pork, Pasta and Salmon Cassidy dishes were all so GOOD! CITY CLUB BISTRO ROCKS!

Petrale Sole Special was exceptional and 4 of our group enjoyed it. The entree however deserves better plate presentation with the side vegetables (in this case al dente grilled squash and mashed potatoes). Sides were delish but might be presented more appealingly to promote the diner’s perception of the value of the dish they’re receiving. We eat with our eyes before we taste the product.

This is a posh restaurant like you would get in a big city but it’s here in our little town! Great service, great food the Blackened Salmon was absolutely delicious and perfect portions.

Nice ambiance. Good food. Best in the area . Outdoor dining in good weather and very comfortable seating indoors. Really no better dining experience in the Yuba Sutter area Nice bar area and great drink menu. Highly recommend.

Excellent food and service. Easy to make reservations on OpenTable. Overall great experience.
