La Unica's Fresh Mex - Yuba City

This is my very popular restaurant throughout the region yuba n sutter for genuine and authentic Mexican cuisine. the service is great, the staff are professional and very sweet, eating is excellent and the baked to die. I eat at least 2-3 times here per week. I usually won't eat fast. but this is in a high style part between almost food and restaurants style authentic eating. very recommended....they serve the breakfast all day and who of us sometimes does not like the breakfast for dinner. always fresh, always good.

Food's gone downhill for the price point, especially when you order their torta, which is always soggy when I get it. The taco special was also an issue when we ordered, as the rice and beans tasted sour the two times we did, which means that they were rancid. They also have some ignorant petition on their door that's against the city building a car lot for homeless people. Lost my business since it's easy to endorse stupid things when life is easy, but once you need help, you wonder why no one offers. The owners should be ashamed.

Went towards the end of the day so meat was scraps and kinda fatty. Nachos were still good eating around the meat. Staff was friendly
