Del Taco - Yuba City

The food is good and fresh. The service is fairly fast, but the workers lately have been Rude with a capital R. I order thru mobile and pick up my order in Drive Thru. I used to have Drive Thru employees hand me my food with a smile. Now they just hand me my food without even looking at me. If they do say “Have a nice day it’s very unenthusiastic. I’m not sure if they hate their jobs, but they will be getting $20 an hour. I was a longtime customer. I got rid of of most Fast Food apps decided to eat healthier this year, but decided to keep Del Taco as their food didn’t seem overly processed. That is until now. I don’t plan to ever eat at the Yuba City establishment again.Edit: I arrived at around 4 p.m March 7,2024. The Dtive thru worker almost acted didaimful when she handed me my food. One of the few times I can ever recall feeling like trash after orderimg a meal. Unacceptable behavior for a Drive thru employee.Double Edit: I plan to eat there again occasionally) because it’s the better fast food near me. But rudeness when I myself am being polite and respectful is uncalled for. I would rather go to a worse tasting food place if the staff actually treat you like a human being.

My mother and I visited this location on a Wednesday afternoon some time back.I do not write reviews as often as I should or would like to but the experience on that day warranted a follow up.The staff were both polite and professional in addition to courteous and considerate.They were patient with us while we took a bit of time to figure out what to order. Once we started to order we still had some trouble providing a clear and concise request.But both the shift lead and gentleman working the register at the moment were very helpful and respectful.We sat down to eat.The space in the dining area was open and peaceful.Thank You For A Wonderful Experience.

Food was good although our order took twice to get it right. That's not making me give them a bad review. I'll mark it up as a bad day. We all have those.

Literally my favorite taco place. Always thought Taco Bell had everybody beat for prices, but the amount of food you get compared to Del Taco is terrible. I will drive to the other side of the city anytime to eat here from now on. Great staff as well. Super friendly and cool. Absolutely love their food!
