Mcdonald's - Yreka

Best service and food preparation I've experienced in Yreka and Olympia! After several disappointing orders from DoorDash, I'm glad to say that McDonald's finally got my order right, and everything was served hot! Thank you!

I ordered two meals, but unfortunately, the fries were undercooked. They weren't golden brown and crispy; instead, they were light and soggy. It seems like the oil needs to be heated more or the fries should be cooked for a longer time. This has happened to me three times now at the Yreka location. On a positive note, my delivery driver was excellent!

I was really impressed with how my food arrived; it was warm and securely sealed in a bag, complete with my drink. The only issue I had was that I ordered a two cheeseburger meal but received double cheeseburgers instead. Also, there were no straws or napkins included. And just so you know, there’s definitely a difference in taste between a double cheeseburger and a single!

Ordered the Big Mac Bundle and when it arrived my big Macs we're missing, so I then had to drive myself to Mc Donald's to get them, because they where mistakenly not put in the bag, therefore defeating the purpose of paying for door dash. I also wasn't acknowledged by multiple employees, however when I finally was able to get service she had them make me fresh ones.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize a wonderful young man working at your drive-thru window. He had such a positive attitude during my visit today after a long day. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but my receipt number is Ks 13, dated 7-27-16. I believe he deserves some extra praise, especially since many people tend to focus on negatives these days. Keep up the great work, whoever you are!
