Taqueria La Marqueza - Ypsilanti

This place may not look like much from the outside, but the food is delicious. They have carry out orders ready in about 10-15 minutes, which is honestly less time than I've waited in the drive thru at that chain restaurant across the street. Food always looks appetizing and presentable, even in a carry out box. For $8.50 you get way more food and flavor that the so-called fast food place. Everything I have ordered has been really tasty and I look forward to coming back. They even cooked a side order of chicken for my dog.

This place is the perfect example of a 'hole in the wall ', and the best kind that there is. My personal favorite is the wet burrito. You 'll walk away with a meal AND leftovers for later.

Good portions. A little pricey if you order through a delivery service, but worth it. The red salsa is actually hot.

I ordered steak tacos, street corn, and chips with guacamole. Everything was amazing! The street corn and guacamole were the best I have ever tasted. I will definitely be back, maybe even as soon as tomorrow!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The online ordering was easy, our pick-up was quick, and the food was incredibly delicious - true Mexican cuisine at its best. This is definitely the best restaurant in Ypsilanti. I will definitely be returning soon!
