Taco Bell - Ypsilanti

I have to say, this Taco Bell has never let me down, whether it's 10 PM on a Saturday or 9 PM on a Tuesday.

I was left waiting for a long time at this restaurant, and the staff didn’t communicate with us at all. They kept asking, “Hello, is anyone there?” numerous times, but it was only after I informed the car behind me that they must be closed that an employee finally spoke up. They mentioned they were “deciding on something.” It felt as though the employees had brought their children to work, which seemed to slow down the service. While I have nothing against parents bringing their children to work, it likely affects the speed and efficiency of their service.

When I received my order, everything was incorrect, and some items weren’t even what we had requested. I returned to the window to address the issue. The manager simply stated that it was what we ordered, though I assured her it was not. I expressed my disappointment, saying we should receive what we ordered or at least get my $42.73 refunded. She told me that was not possible. The next day, when I called back to follow up with the manager, she said she'd look into it, but I didn’t hear anything further from her. I decided to escalate the matter because the service was poor, and it seemed that the manager was just as unhelpful as the employees. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I felt we weren’t treated properly.

It is good if they actually catch them open and ready to actually make their food. I have stopped going because it does not seem which time I go or which day I go, they are always closed or the system is down

I write this about most fast food places: when they're doing things right, it's really good. The question about any fast food is whether or not they're consistently doing things right.The answer for this Taco Bell location is: they're pretty much doing things right 90% of the time. This location can have a little bit of a wait, but they get the orders right and they take care with assembly. The wait has always been reasonable in my experience 3 to 8 minutes is typical in my experience. If you like Taco Bell, this is a good location.
