East Gate Bbq Express - Youngsville

I stopped by this week for a few pounds of pulled pork to add to chili and got a rib plate. I enjoy just driving up to this place as the smoked meat smell is like heaven on earth. I really love bbq and eat it whenever we travel all over the country. The ribs were the best I have eaten in a very long time. The pork is also delicious.

I ordered the lunch plate and got pulled pork, brisket Mac Cheese. It was awesome!! I defiantly recommend this place to anyone that loves BBQ. The Mac Cheese was sooo yummy!!! :

Brisket sandwich., pulled pork and brisket tacos, rice dressing, mac and cheese!! Best bbq we have had outside of Texas!!!! Gotta try breakfast soon!

By FAR the best bbq place in Lafayette! Other than my husband's.. I am on a diet so I couldn't have the sides, which was a bummer, but I ate every bite of the brisket!! It was delicious and very moist!

We got the pulled pork, brisket, sausage, potato salad, and the mac and cheese. All the meat was so juicy and tender!!! The potato salad was perfect and the mac and cheese got the kids seal of approval from our kids. We will definitely be back. I'm so glad we found an amazing bbq place!!!
