Dunkin' - Youngstown

Love ice coffee and it hit the spot that day since it was hot out. Service is always great at DD.

The iced coffee is consistently excellent, but the doughnuts are disappointing.

What can I say? It's Dunkin'. It's always a reliable spot to visit.

This Dunkin' must be one of the worst around. Every time I place an order, the staff always seems to have an attitude or speaks rudely. I understand that things can get hectic and stressful during work, but it’s important to remember that customers deserve respect, regardless of the situation. They should try to be a bit more personable! I was particularly frustrated when I found out at the drive-thru window, after I had ordered my drink and food, that their register was "down" and they could only accept cash. It would be much more helpful to inform customers of this before they place their order, to avoid wasting everyone's time. I think I’ll stick with local coffee shops for better customer service!

Every time my fiancé and I visit, they often get my drink wrong. While they have no issue remaking it, I consistently order a hot chocolate with extra mocha. Additionally, I’ve noticed that the staff can be overly flirtatious with male customers; one employee even offered my fiancé their phone number, which I find quite unprofessional.
