Clancy's Bar Restaurant, Youghal

Was staying at a local B&B and came for dinner. I sat at the bar and had a couple Guinness draft and a burger. Nice, modern restaurant, ambience, music, and good service. It’s right next to the beach so I went for a walk before dinner. The menu was a bit limited, but it worked.

We had a brilliant night out to celebrate a family members 50th birthday. Despite three large tables, the staff were extremely helpful and on the ball with drinks, food and birthday cake! Special thanks to Anne Marie and Mark for ensuring it all went smoothly and everyone had a great night out. Would highly recommended Clancys for any occasion as we always have a great meal here and service is exceptional.

Best food ,service staff and atmosphere. I and a few friends had the steak sandwich. Washed down wirh a few delicious new Zealand white snd glass of sparkly that rhy now have on tap yum!. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. The quality of the food, the friendliness and efficency of the staff and the atmosphere is just so wonderful. It never fails to enable us to have a fantastic night and catch up with friends. We were lucky enough to be there when there was a great dj for a party in-house and we had the first bop in months and months such fun. Well done padraig Mark and all the team . Can't wait to return

Visiting on Youghal on Friday decided to visit Clancys for a meal and a few drinks My wife and I had a fish special which was very good Decided to go into bar for a drink before going back into town Got a pint and a glass of wine My wife thought the wine was off and asked the bar person could she change it Person behind bar told her it was already poured could not change it He then tasted the wine said in his opinion wine was fine and order something different next time great customer relations not be back there

Great bar spotlessly clean. Nice decor. Service with a smile is spot on. Only had dessert(very tasty and nicely presented) and coffee at affordable prices. The only let down is cider choice with only 2.get cronin cider and rockshore in
