Starbucks - Yosemite Lakes

First of all the girls are not nice and welcoming like other Starbucks at all, I arrived and they all had frowns I ordered two pastries and a frappe and it took them about 10 minutes or a bit more for them to give me my frappe no one was there a guy who arrived after me had his order made before mine I was super disappointed I'm used to all Starbucks employees being nice and welcoming as soon as you enter the door.

This happened 2-3 years ago. But it seems like my review were never posted.Second and last time here. Happen both times. Drinks were plain, too much ice. Even if I told them in person or my request was light ice, extra sugars, and extra fruit. I paid extra to get the same amount of regular. Bs. The last time i went here. Seeing the 4 workers standing around, talking, and laughing over their earpiece for 5 mins before making my orders. Meanwhile, I am waiting inside for my drinks to be made. An ee lies over the phone and talks behind the customer back. No good. That explains a lot. This is by far the worst starbuck for me. One and only starbuck i don't stop by.This place, at times, you see it's busy only because it's off the busy hwy.

I love espresso, I'm not a big fan of having coffee at Starbucks but if I'm out and about that's when I usually stop by and order a small double-loaded latte but I always feel like there's a lack of coffee flavor.If there is a companion, they always love it.Parking: There was no parking nearby but you can park in the square and walk

SHOUTOUT Shelby and Jackie. For sure 5 stars. I just moved about 5 mins away and I never go to starbucks. They hooked it up and upgraded my drink size without me even asking. They really treated my lil girl to a surprise cake pop too.I'll be going back to this starbucks now.Shoutout shelby and Jackie (Or Jacky? lol)Thank you

Awful place for a rest stop. I waited and waited and the girl at the counter. Where the drinks are served. Finally acknowledge me. And I asked her where my food that I pre-ordered would be ready. And she pointed towards the opposite encounter. I waited forever. Finally asked the girl that was preparing the meals and she tells me. Oh, they were supposed to tell you that we don't serve the meal that you're looking for anymore. so I could either have the choice of getting a refund or getting some. Thing similar priced. The girl that is serving the drinks is either new or just need is an adjustment in your attitude
