Kfc - Yorkville

Nice and clean. Large order handles quite quickly. Sometimes employees do not notice that customers have entered the store

We went to the Memorial Day weekend. Staff have taken time to explain all options (yes, I know it is only chicken, but we ordered food to feed 10 people and were not familiar with all options) After the order, the employee showed us every item in the bag to assure us that everything we had expected was correct in the bag. Kudos to this place to take extra time and make sure our order was correct.

KFC Yorkville is a special place. I stayed there about an hour ago. The staff who helped me today (Nadia Ashley) drive through order and windows were so friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to see her smiling faces. Your managers need to know how expensive they are. Because of them, I will come back again and again.
