Dunkin' - Yorkville

I grabbed a dozen donuts here for breakfast one morning. The location is so convenient. The staff were friendly, and the donuts were good. I would love to see Dunkin go back to making the donuts fresh on-site in the mornings, but thst may not be a goodlogistical option for the business. I will definitely be back to this location again for goodies.

I moved to Yorkville and have had amazing experiences at many places, but this is the worst DD we have ever been to, they make the refreshers with 95% water and today when we asked for more strawberry to be added, the employee gave us the BIGGEST attitudeand refused to do it. No one has ever been friendly there and I will drive further just to go to a different location

I used to work at the other Dunkin Donuts in town during high school, and I can confidently say that almost every time I get donuts from this location, they are dry and stale. The staff is typically rude, and after reading other reviews, it's clear that this has been a consistent issue rather than a one-time occurrence. I live nearby and keep hoping to give this location another chance, but I'm disappointed every time.

I don’t often visit Dunkin; I usually prefer Starbucks. However, I recently received a gift card from one of my business customers, so I decided to stop by this morning for an iced coffee and wake-up wraps. The food was warm, and the coffee was decent, but my main complaint is about the employees' attitudes. I consistently encounter an older gentleman at the drive-thru, who I assume is the manager, and he tends to be quite unfriendly. He rushed me at the ordering menu, kept interrupting while assuming I wanted an English muffin instead of allowing me to specify that I wanted a wake-up wrap. When I reached the window, I greeted him with “good morning,” but he didn’t make eye contact and merely shoved the bag of food into my hands. I said thank you, but he didn’t acknowledge me, handed me my drink, and slammed the window shut without a word. I’m giving this experience two stars because the food and drink were satisfactory, but starting my day with such a negative interaction is something I’d rather avoid. This establishment could really benefit from a more positive attitude.

I would advise steering clear of this Dunkin'. I purchased a half dozen donuts, but when I got home, I discovered that they were a mix of stale and moldy. When I called to inform the manager about the issue, their response was that I should have checked them before leaving the store.
