Hudson Valley Steakhouse is a fantastic restaurant the food is great the service is wonderful

I have been to top tier steak houses and Hudson Valley Steak House is right up there with them all. I was blown away at how well the food was prepared and tasted. Will surely be back

Great for parties. High ceilings and excellent ventilation, and table spacing. Everyone wears their masks. Food is star. Exec. Chef Timothy seems to always be ON with turning out the best in a lobster tail and filet minion. They managed to keep the garlic out of my rack of lamb saved me days of medication and misery with allergies Most attentive staff and professional and personable. The price is well worth the overall experience
