Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Yorktown

Lousy customer service. Ordered smoothies and food. $30 later smoothie tasted like soap. When I asked if I could get something different I was told I'd have to pay for it. It had been about 2 years since I visited this store, will be at least another 2years if ever will I return! Flatbread wasn't good either.

Service top notch. Smoothie was amazing. The 1 star review needs to be taken down as we did not experience anything that the ignorant person wrote. The food was really tasty also. I'd love to find where the above person works and BLAST them like theyfalsely claimed this business is biased. Totally false in All of the complaint. I will definitely be back for more tastytreats!!!!

Terrible customer service. for the collection ordered. get a text that the order was ready. but 2 employees said that ordering was not received, maybe wrong business! when the filiale was confirmed to be correct and text was shown to the staff, all that she could do is shrink her shoulders! When I wanted to talk to a manager, I was told that she was making the watch and I couldn't talk to the owner or manager! there were, however, two young ladies who overheard the situation and went and saw where orders are placed to pick up and the order is found! I will never use this place again!

Terrible service. Just left Yorktown and was refused a refund when I hadnt even received my smoothies. Was told i could leave empty handed or wait till the new girl got around to finishing my order. Absolutely ridiculous! I had even put a tip on my total. I will never go back!!! Unprofessional, poor management will lose you business.?
