Przekaż informację zwrotnąEvery store is understaffed and that’s understood. But acknowledging your customers at all will be helpful. I waited at the front for 8 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged once. One girl looked at me and looked away. My order was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago and it still hasn’t been started. I seen another customer leave for the same reason. Not a “hi”, “I’ll be with you in a minute”, “what’s the name for the order”, nothing. Being patient is one thing, being ignored completely is another.It took 15 minutes for me to be acknowledged.
