Subway - Yorktown

Slowly like hell and were made of cheese and steak during their cheese steak special. That was at 2:00. I quit a 3 sub-order. No excuse from the staff that they are not prepared or uncomfortable when they are to be prepared. Don't go here. Go to an ACTUAL subway where they take care of their customers.

Princella was incredibly sweet and attentive during my visit to this Subway! I bought my husband a sub yesterday, and she was kind and patient, always smiling and engaging in conversation. The restaurant itself was also impressively clean! I felt like I could eat off the floor; it was so spotless that I could see my reflection in it. Great job, Subway!

The meal started with steak, then moved on to cheese, and finally included black olives. Unfortunately, the new server was quite slow and seemed uncertain about whether he was doing everything correctly. Better training would definitely help improve the experience!
