Starbucks - Yorktown

Normally, this place is fantastic, and I rarely write reviews, but I've encountered several rude experiences with one specific employee at the drive-thru window. They were quite blunt while taking my order, which I could overlook. However, after receiving my drink, they didn't say "have a good day" or anything of the sort. To make matters worse, they closed the window in my face before I could ask for a straw and then turned around to chat with their coworkers. I've sadly had multiple unpleasant encounters with this one particular worker.

The drive-thru line wasn't too bad, and the person at the window was very friendly. The iced coffee is delicious! I’m giving it 4 stars because there was a terrible smell in the drive-thru, which was really off-putting. Not sure what it was, but it was unpleasant!

I visited for dessert and coffee, and I was impressed. The staff were courteous and friendly, and both the drinks and food were fantastic!

I ordered a hot Chai Latte with a sandwich. They accidentally made me an iced Chai Latte instead, but I'm not even mad. 1) mistakes happen!! 2) the iced Latte was actually a lot better than the regular hot Latte that I usually get ? it was pretty cinnamony, and I loved it tbh
